The week of 3/20/09 I ordered 4lbs. of the fresh lobster meat which I used to make a "lobster Boil Salad" as part of a menu for a dinner party for 14 that we were hosting for our good friend's wedding. Let me tell you that the product was of outstanding quality and flavor. Everyone's plate was empty.

With the remainig lobster meat. my wife made us a "Italian Lobster-Meat Sauce" over fettucini which was outstanding as well.

While not cheap, I would certainly do it again and recommend you to others. I'm glad I found you.

My lobster arrived here in the foot hills of Mount Hood Oregon today and it tastes awesome. I am from Massachusetts and I miss my Maine Lobster. It is sweet and tender, Spendy but tasty.
